The GxP AI Governance Lab.
An elite executive formation cohort for Life Sciences boards navigating the structural, operational, and regulatory strain of non-deterministic technology under the EU AI Act.
This is not executive education.
It is executive formation.
Enforcement of the EU AI Act is no longer a horizon event. It is an operating condition — and it arrives inside organisations whose validation logic was written for deterministic systems.
Fusing traditional GxP validation frameworks with probabilistic machine learning. Training directors to spot systemic distortion before models silently compromise operational reality.
Operationalizing Article 14 of the EU AI Act. Moving beyond passive compliance to deploy active adversarial prompting frameworks, neutralizing automation bias at the executive layer.
Preserving governance and decision integrity across highly regulated international jurisdictions, multi-layered vendor contracts, and complex clinical value chains.
Format: 6-Week Private Executive Cohort. Strictly capped at 12 curated participants to preserve peer-to-peer discourse.
- Weeks 1–4Asynchronous Core Architecture & Regulatory Logic.
- Weeks 5–6Live Adversarial Simulation & Boardroom Red-Teaming Exercises.
A small circle of already-capable leaders
Participants are typically senior executives, founders, board members and reflective leaders whose careers have already demonstrated capability.
Many have achieved professional success. Yet they recognise that the next stage of leadership cannot be reached through additional expertise alone.
They seek greater coherence, deeper judgement, and the capacity to remain psychologically present under sustained complexity.
Deliberate in scale, blended in practice
The founding cohort begins a body of work intended to continue for many years.
Depth cannot be scaled indefinitely. The cohort remains intentionally limited so every participant can be genuinely known, appropriately challenged and thoughtfully supported while preserving confidentiality and trust.
Secure, private access to the ZenithWell Client Portal — a fully GDPR-compliant digital space powered by Kajabi for asynchronous mid-week case studies, regulatory documentation, and continuous practitioner touchpoints between live sessions.
How participation begins
Participation begins with a confidential 30–45 minute exploratory conversation.
The purpose is not an interview. Nor is it a sales call.
It is an opportunity to understand your current leadership context, explore the challenges you are navigating, and determine together whether the Founding Cohort represents the right next step.
Because the integrity of the cohort matters, participation is offered only where there is genuine mutual fit.
Admissions are granted strictly on an invitation basis following consultation.
A short intake, read personally
The questions below exist to establish context, not to qualify you. They allow the discernment conversation to begin somewhere useful — with your jurisdictions, your systems, and the exposure you are actually carrying.
